Using the website

Use the website lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the store, bypass access controls, scrape protected content, or use another person’s account.

Digital resources

Resources are digital products delivered for educational use. Product descriptions, formats, page counts, and previews are provided to help you choose a suitable resource. Please review them before purchasing.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for using the email address associated with your purchase. We may suspend access when we reasonably believe an account is being misused or shared outside its licence.

Intellectual property

True North Teaching Tools and its licensors retain ownership of the website, brand, resource files, text, graphics, and original teaching materials. A purchase grants the limited licence described on the product page and in the licensing terms; it does not transfer ownership.

Availability and updates

We may update, improve, pause, or discontinue parts of the website or a resource. When a purchased resource receives a material update, we will make a reasonable effort to provide access to the updated version through the customer library.
