Your digital resources are designed to be ready when you are. Here’s where to look when you need a file, a format check, or a little help.

Find a purchase

Open My library and enter the email address used at checkout. Your purchase history and available re-downloads will appear there once customer accounts are connected.

Check the format

Each product page lists the included formats, page count, and any editable or presentation files. Download the format that matches the way you plan to teach.

Something will not open?

Try downloading the file again, opening it in a current PDF or presentation app, and checking that your device has enough storage. If the issue continues, contact support with the resource title and order email.
